MEXICAN FIESTA STYLE BAPTISM CELEBRATION WITH GOLDEN SUNSET

Our most colorful event of 2023, that’s for sure!

Natasa, founder and head planner of Stepsis in Rethymno, knows exactly how to take your event to the next level. Her expertise in event planning, finding the most suitable vendors and creating outstanding event concepts is one of a kind. Planned down to the last detail, from the furniture to the flowers, Stepsis definitely caught the attention of all guests with this Mexican Fiesta style baptism held at a stunning beach bar near Rethymno. The sunset hour at Blue Lagoon was truly breathtaking. Everything came together perfectly.

Hiring us for a Mexican Fiesta style party was a great pleasure as we love working with colors and creating personalized decorations and activities. We believe this will make your event unique. From the table decorations with paper cacti, llamas and name tag to the garlands for our bell tent and bouncy castle, everything was custom made for this special occassion.

The children’s play area was divided into two parts. On the left side we set up our bell tent and two cotton canvas tipis as well as the soap bubble and beach toy station with our cute parasol. To the right we placed our all-white bouncy castle, kids’ tables and other activities including a tattoo station and our famous "Feed the Animals", which of course we had to adapt to the overall theme of the event. That's why we created "Feed the Llama". We separated the two play areas with a Mexican Fiesta style backdrop that we used as an entrance. This station was also part of our first activity including an instant camera that the children used to capture fun moments. By the way: Children love taking photos. So if you want to capture some extra shots of your event, make them your additional photographers by giving them disposable cameras. Keeping kids busy at your party comes in handy, too!
